All prices listed on our website and invoices are in USD (United States Dollars).

We offer a range of services, each with its own refund eligibility:

• Workshops, Digital Products & Downloads
  You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any workshop or digital product. To initiate a return, please email billing@luminaagency.com with your order details and reason for the request.

• Consultant Hours
  All unused consulting hours are fully refundable upon request.

• Custom Services & Strategy-Based Solutions
  Due to the tailored nature of these services, all service-based solutions are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Deposits
  Deposits made for future work may be refunded within 30 days, less the value of any work already completed. To request a refund, email billing@luminaagency.com.

We do not ship physical products. All services, workshops, and digital deliverables are provided electronically.

Returns are only applicable to workshops and digital products, which may be requested within 30 days of purchase. All custom service-based solutions are not eligible for return.

For monthly ad management services, we require 30 days’ written notice prior to cancellation. Please send your cancellation request to billing@luminaagency.com. Once received, we will confirm and apply the 30-day notice to your account.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe and comply with PCI-DSS standards.
